Fitness Pilates

Fitness Pilates is a gentle, low impact workout, suitable for all ages and abilities.

It is a group exercise programme designed to enhance the posture, strength, flexibility, balance & stability of a healthy adult. It improves core and back strength, as well as focusing the body & mind and deeper, more efficient breathing.
